How do I find out the status of my package or check?

Why don’t you accept opened boxes? The Test Strips are still intact in the plastic tubes.
Although you may have not compromised the number of test strips within the tubes or damaged them, we have no way to verify that they haven’t been tampered with and therefore cannot accept them.
What if I send you product that is not on your price list?
Please make sure to call and ask before shipping any items that are Not on the price list. Keep in mind we pay shipping cost and will not pay cost associated with return of items Not on price list.
Is it legal to sell my extra teststrip Center supplies?
Teststrip Center & Lancets are an over-the-counter medical supply and therefore completely legal to sell to a third party without a prescription.
Do you accept damaged boxes?
Yes. however, we need to see a picture of the damage.
Who pays for the shipping?
We do! Fill out this form and we will send you a prepaid shipping box and label. Just drop your boxes in the box and send it back. Its that easy.
Important Instructions
Check the items you are shipping. Make sure the boxes are unopened and sealed.
Check the Expiration dates, we cannot purchase expired test strips.
Place your boxes into your mail kit, and tape the box.
Give your package to your mail carrier or drop it off at the United State Post Office.
Donations
We accept donations for test strips that do not qualify for our buyback program. These strips go to diabetics in need. Please include these in the package and mention that they are donations in the “NOTES” section of your order.
